Creating a warm and approachable identity and website for a Plymouth counsellor

I worked with Rachel Cairns Counselling to create a new logo and website that would reflect Rachel’s warm, supportive approach, whilst giving her counselling practice a professional and recognisable identity.

The branding was designed to feel calm, welcoming and personal, creating a visual style that could be carried throughout the website. From there, I designed the site around Rachel’s key areas of counselling, making it easy for visitors to understand the different types of support available and find the information most relevant to them.

With counselling being such a personal decision, it was important that the website felt reassuring and easy to navigate, allowing Rachel’s personality and approach to come through whilst presenting sometimes sensitive subjects in a clear and approachable way.

The finished website brings the branding, content and imagery together into a cohesive online presence, providing Rachel with a professional platform to introduce her practice, explain her specialist services and encourage prospective clients to take that first step and get in touch.
